Our return policy allows you 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. If more than 14 days have passed, we, unfortunately, won’t be able to offer you a full refund or an exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • It should be in the original packaging.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for partially used products or wet paints requiring HAZMAT shipping, as all sales of wet paints are final.

Returns for Pearls, Candy Pearls, Flakes, and Candy Concentrates

Under certain conditions, we accept returns for these products. They must:

  • Be in unused condition.
  • Have unopened packaging.
  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for your returned item, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, it will be for the product amount, minus the initial shipping cost.
